Just wondering if anyone's got one knocking about at home they don't want/need anymore, just because I don't know how long i can last with MW/LW radio! Otherwise I just get one from T'internet!
Cheers

Do anywhere know of somewhere local who can convert old FM/MW stereos to have a MP3/Ipod input? Or even fix them! I'd like to keep the proper original radio in the Metro, but it won't seek on FM, so I can't use my FM transmitter thingy.

Check into your local Satellite radio/car audio shop. We got a setup for my mom's Jag that basically hacked into the antenna wire. As long as the auxiliary source is turned on, that's all that the radio "sees", no matter what channel you have it tuned to. This would allow the visual preservation of the original radio and the use of an external source whenever you want.
