Dear Fellow Mini Enthusiast
We would like to invite you to our very own run - the Mouth 2 Mouth - which we devised 2 years ago but opened to the public for the first time last year.
The event was a great success and we had a total of 37 mini's take part and this year we want to make it bigger and better! The route is from Weymouth to Exmouth (hence the name) and we collect money en route for the RNLI. We also donate a percentage of the entry fee to the RNLI and last year we donated £175 - this year we are aiming for £500.
Following feedback from entrants last year we have included in the day:
* Optional breakfast on the morning of the run at the Riviera Hotel in Weymouth at a cost of £5 per head for a full English breakfast. Coffee and Tea will also be available on the day for a small charge.
* BBQ at Emouth Rugby Club - £5 per head and is bookable with your entry fee.
* Stop off at Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary - we use this to regroup and for a refreshment stop. A donation of £2 per car is suggested as there is no entry fee to the sanctuary itself.
* We aim to have merchandise for sale on the day - last year we sold out of flags and run plaques so we will order more for this year.
* Goody bags will be handed out on the morning of the run.
The cost for the run itself is £6 and you will receive a run pack with your ticket prior to the run day. £5 of this fee goes straight to the RNLI.
The starting time for the run is scheduled for 10am although if you have ordered breakfast you will need to be at the hotel earlier. Breakfasts will be served from 8.30.
Entry forms will be available on our website - www.jurassiccoastminis.com - from next week and also available at other mini events such as Beaulieu and London to Brighton.
Everyone who came last year was very positive with their feedback - I will be arranging for the comments to be put on the website for everyone to see.
I hope that you can join us on the day and help us raise money for such a good cause.
Kind regards
