We have purchased 6 vehicle passes & camping tickets when we booked the club stand (so members to pay the club back). This means we can have 6 cars on the stand, but we can swap Saturday's display cars with different ones on Sunday. We understand another Mini club is also going to be there but not sure which one. Emma & Andy are trading. Tickets are a measely £4 entrance admission (1 car with 2 occupants) and the camping is £10.
Interested members so far: Suzy, Paul, Jamie, Mike Bond and possibly Vicks & Andy M.
Please add your name if you want to join in. It would also be handy if you can say if you aren't coming so we don't need to chase you to see if you need a ticket!

With no-one present to say otherwise, shall we say depart Blackbrook at 2pm? Its all M5 South untill we pass Exeter, and its barely 10-15 miles from that point on. As for the Sunday leavers I guess it depends on what time the show kicks off...venture a guess and say get there before 10am? Better safe than sorry

I can't make a Friday evening journey. I agree an early morning Saturday start sounds a good idea. How about 8am at the Blackbrook to beat the holiday traffic down the M5? That means we should get to the event about 9am which is a civilised time to set up for the day.
I'll have Tigger's new trailer by then, so will be carting the club stuff down in that.
Weather forecast is either hot or thunderstorms, so in true British camping tradition, bring an appropriate outfit for any possible scenario!

leave at j30, take the 3rd exit, then up hill -take 2nd slip road and follow road to Countess Weir roundabout. Follow the signs to Dawlish from here onwards -you will soon see Powderham Castle signposted so then follow these instead!
Is anyone taking a bbq?

Not this time I ain't no...Mr P's was the best of all the shows so far, any word on that one?
UPDATE - as its South of Exeter, I'll head down the A369 and 361 and join the motorway at Tiverton - save me a few hundred yards. Is it OK if I can join the group later on without voiding any kind of membership pass guidelines?
