Can Anyone, Or Will Anyone Oblige.
I have purchased my weekend ticket and have doubts as to wether Bill will make it to the event over that distance. We have a seriously Bad Gearbox Rumbling in 4th. Getting worse every day so only travel short distances at the moment.
I am not going to get the opportunity to fix before the winter let alone in the next couple of weeks.
I just do not think that it is right to take an alternative vehicle to a Mini show unless you are purely a visitor.
Has anyone got a spare seat they would like to offer me, the beer and a tent for this weekend. (I do not object to sharing a tent if that would be more useful).
Obviously I would expect to help out with the fuel costs etc.

Seat going spare with me in Tubbs if you want it - we are taking both cars.

Thanks to you all.
Looks like I am now sorted no matter what. Did not really want to buy a new smaller tent, Mine is a medium sized one.
Thanks Again

Pre-booked club tickets had to be sent last month. They were £6 entry/adult & £6 camping/adult. I believe you can still purchase pre-booked public tickets at £10 entry/adult if you phone MiniMagazine. On-the-gate prices are £15. After the club booking was sent off (25 entry + 22 camping passes HOW MANY!! ), I phoned up later that week and paid for Wendy & Dave by credit card (they'd unfortunately been let down by the Cooper500 stand), and also a personal cheque for Pete & Louise (who I'd accidently forgot to include with the overall cheque and they'd confirmed wanting to go! Oops) Adam - I'm sorry its a bit late to include you on the club passes. However there are 2 options - either buy the reduced price ones off someone here if they can't go (I'll contact you if I hear anyone is dropping out), or buy the cheaper public (£10) advance tickets.

Weirdfish - I don't recognise the username. Are you on the existing list to go, or are you in the same situation as Adam and are looking for a cheapy ticket if one comes available?
Members yet to pay the club (please cough up the dosh at the next MU meeting?!): Mike Waterjohns, Paul Huish, Alex, Ian Wyatt, Steve Tubb, Tom & Jamie, Ben, Matt & Sam, Terry & Sara (the kids get in free), Zac. Thank you ;D

The MITP tickets arrived this morning! ;D 25 admission tickets, and 22 camping passes.
For some reason Dave & Wendy's admission, plus Pete & Louise's admission plus camping, have not arrived in the bunch, but I think that may because they were ordered/paid for separately. I will chase up on Monday when the event office is open.
Please note that all tickets must be paid for before collection.
I believe there may be 1 spare ticket & camping pass, possibly 2.
