The Christmas Meal at the Blackbrook costs £14.95 for 4 courses. You need to give £5 deposit, and choice of menu (below) to Suzy at Monday 31 October’s evening meeting.
Hopefully our lovely Treasurer Dave will volunteer club funds to buy everyone at the Christmas Meal a drink!
Starter Deep fried Brie Wedges with Cranberry Sauce or Seasonal Soup served with a crusty baguette & butter or Seasonal Starter Bar (help yourself)
Main Course Hot Carvery – choice of 3 roasts including turkey & beef, accompanied by Yorkshire pudding, sausages, stuffing & gravy or poached fillet of Salmon served with a tarragon hollandaise butter sauce or herb pastry Tuscon Tart (vegetable ragout) with chargrilled aubergine, red pesto and slices of Brie
All main courses are served with choice of potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Dessert Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce or Clotted cream Ice Cream with toffee sauce or Profiteroles with chocolate sauce or Black Forest meringue roulade
