got the edges of the front inner wings trimmed down today: just need to treat the areas behind the shock mounts, and the ends of the sills next. Also tried on the wheels for size: They're genuine Rover ones i had on my old clubman, so thought i may aswell chuck them on this one instead of them sitting in the garage for another year or two Back down tomorrow night for some more action, may knock up some brace bars if i have enough spare box section laying around ;D

While I'm not the biggest fan of 13" wheels in general (they drive like poo) if you are dead set on that look, bear in mind that the 13" Sportspack wheels are REALLY REALLY heavy - you will munch your way through balljoints & bearings for a pastime...
I have a set of brace bars and hinge pegs sat in the shed somewhere if you're interested.

The alloys will just be a temporary fit for now, i really want a nice set of 10" cooper S steels, or replicas or similar ;D Interested in the hinge peg set Alex

Progress slowed down considerably after Ruby was born, as spare time has been harder to find, but been trying to get down to the workshop again as much as i can. I have made my brace bars, and will be painting them this week: To fit them how i wanted i had to plate over a 1.5" hole in my inner wing which wasn't used, as it was where the top hole wanted to go: The doors have also been reskinned and the bottoms replaced, drivers door is bolted back on and fits great, just need to finish off repairing the door step now. Coming along slowley, but still determined to get her back on the road for MITP.
