OMG, so young... and so many Minis! ;D
Obviously you can't drive on the road yet (looks like driving skills aren't going to be a problem!), but you are going to have to come to the local shows at Bristol and Great Western this year.
We had a run up to WSM last Monday evening.

That is an incredibly late Elf - one of the very last of them. I've never seen an H-reg one before. It looks like it has had a rebuild/respray at some point, as I believe the roof should be white (but will check that as some of the rally late cars were montone) like my Dad's '69 Persian blue Elf. I will have to get Winky back on the road (you will probably have your license by then...) and we can park next to each other at shows !

Your on The Mini Forum aren't you "Iligal Downloads" ring any bells?? Yep, thats me. Yeh the car has been resprayed a couple of years ago, not a very good job tho. I will be at bristol mini day, will try and get my dad to drive my car there ;D p.s. Anyone have a welder i could borrow for a day, couple of rust holes nead sorting

You can get the materials to repair, recolor, etc. from someone like this: www.furnitureclinic.co.uk/I'm in the US, so I've not used this company, but from what I've seen, most of the products are pretty similar. I repaired damage and dyed MX-5 (Miata) seats for my car. Started with this: Ended with this:
